Why do i speak like i have a BLOCKED Nose?? - snoring center

I am talking about is really annoying because I have a stuffy nose, if i dont, sometimes I have to admit that I get a stuffy nose, but that is when I have a cold. So please help me how can I get rid of him. oh yeah I tend to snore, but not as bad as the use is not, it is difficult for me to get telesales / call center job with my voice. Help me please.
