What does a broker do? - equity derivatives interview

an international money brokers, seeking self-motivated, high-caliber candidates to fill internally. The incumbent must have:
Broker Students
‧ University graduate in related discipline or higher
‧ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua an advantage
‧ knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
‧ strong background in mathematics
‧ good interpersonal communication and
‧ energetic, enthusiastic, intelligent,
‧ Able to work under pressure and are willing to work long hours

ABC is the leading independent provider of real-time information on the prices of things through a wholesale distributor of financial markets and commodities. NBC is a wholly owned subsidiary orf XXX, a broadly diversified brokerage trading things with leading positions in global fixed income, money market, capital markets, equities, energy, credit derivatives and the related main sources of market information for ABC.

I had an interview for that position soon, so I would like to know more about this work.

Broker or prospects are contacted by contact prospects to get the best deal "for the work would primarily be sales people, but will be able to sell to customers, the brands of the same product more so when you corridors for the money multiple companies with various offers, which can offer all customers.
